How Does It Work?
A potential home seller will visit our website with the intention of receiving a free CMA. After signing in with their area zip code the seller is then asked to fill out a detailed form on their property.
 The zip code of the CMA denotes which agent will receive the sellers information.
After filling out the CMA request form, the seller will submit the information while at the same time being transferred to the respective Agent Contact page. The contact page informs the seller as to who received their market analysis request and provides them with a picture of the agent along with contact information. The sellers information is then transferred directly to the agent's email address.
 Each zip code can only be held by one agent for a 12 month period.
 This means that all users of whatsmyhomevalue.comŽ living within a certain zip code will have their requests sent DIRECTLY to you!
